G. W. Peoples Contracting Co. Inc. recently appointed Frank Schaffold operations manager. Based at the firm’s corporate headquarters in Eighty Four, Pa., he will be responsible for overseeing all North American field operations.
Schaffold has more than 30 years’ experience in the railroad industry. He began his career with the Pittsburgh & Lake Erie Railroad Co.
G. W. Peoples provides heavy- and light-rail track construction, tie replacement, grade crossing rehabilitation and specialty trackwork services for freight and passenger railroads.
