Gen. Krulak becomes newest UP director

Union Pacific Corp. recently elected Gen. Charles Krulak as a board member.

After retiring from the Marine Corps in 1999 — ending a 35-year military career — Krulak served MBNA Corp. as executive vice chairman and chief administrative officer, and chief executive officer of MBNA Europe Bank Ltd. He retired from MBNA last year.
