Genesee & Wyoming shareholders elect board members

On Wednesday, shareholders elected two board members to three-year terms.

Stockholders elected GWI Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mortimer B. Fuller III, and Property Capital Trust President and CEO Robert Melzer. Fuller has served the short-line holding company since 1977; Melzer has been a GWI board member since 1997.

GWI operates regionals and short lines in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia and Bolivia.
