Global Railway Industries Ltd. recently appointed Darren Zatwarnitski vice president of finance, and named Terry McManaman and Robb Thompson board members.
Zatwarnitski most recently served as corporate controller. He previously held a senior financial management position with a major Canadian firm.
A Canadian National Railway Co. retiree, McManaman served stints as VP of Cargoflo and Transload, and VP of CN’s Gulf Division.
Thompson currently serves as president and chief executive officer of Dynetek Industries Ltd. He previously served the company as chief financial officer and chief operating officer.
Through subsidiaries Bach-Simpson Corp., G&B Specialties, Prime Railway Services, Rafna Industries Ltd. and YSD Industries Inc., Global Railway supplies event recorder monitoring/control systems, train speedometers, track and signal components, rail-car doors and replacement parts, and railgear.
