Engineering firm HDR Inc. recently named David Taylor director of its national transportation sustainability program.
He will be responsible for expanding HDR’s transportation sustainability program and overseeing a multi-disciplinary staff of transportation planners, engineers and sustainable design experts.
Most recently national director of planning, Taylor joined HDR in 1996. He has more than 35 years’ experience in transit and streetcar planning, transit-oriented design, town planning and urban design.
