Indiana Rail Road promotes Haire to AVP of IT

The Indiana Rail Road Co. (INRD) has promoted Matt Haire from director to assistant vice president of information technology, the company announced today.
Haire joined INRD’s IT department in 2004 as a technology specialist working on web development and internal web applications. After advancing to IT manager and then to IT director, Haire focused on implementing technologies and solutions that would increase efficiencies, reduce costs and improve service and reliability to support internal and external customers, INRD officials said in a press release.
"Matt’s leadership is being recognized for his unwavering desire to lead his team that deliver top quality support every single day," said INRD President and CEO Dewayne Swindall.
Haire's promotion is part of a strategic realignment of INRD's management structure, railroad officials said.
