advertisement
On Friday, Canadian Pacific announced that Tony Ingram resigned from its board. He became a director in December 2011.
In 2009, Ingram retired from CSX Transportation, where he was executive vice president and chief operating officer. Prior to joining CSXT in 2004, he served Norfolk Southern Railway for 33 years in various posts, including senior vice president of transportation network and mechanical.
Ingram's insight and guidance was particularly appreciated by the board’s Safety, Operations and Environment Committee, said CP Chairman Paul Haggis in a prepared statement.
The board, which now has 13 members, does not plan to fill the vacancy created by Ingram's departure.
