Kansas City Southern recently named Michael Borrows vice president of financial reporting and tax, and Bradley Cornelsen, director of joint venture accounting. The railroad also announced that Susan Wollenberg, who had served as interim chief accounting officer, will return to her primary responsibilities as VP of financial planning and administration.

Borrows most recently served BNSF Railway Co. as general director of finance. During the past decade, he has held various financial positions at the Class I.

Most recently global director of finance for SPX Cooling Technologies Inc.’s constructed products division, Cornelsen will oversee accounting for Meridian Speedway L.L.C., a joint venture between KCS and Norfolk Southern Railway.
