Yesterday, Kansas City Southern announced it recently named Kayden Howard associate general counsel. She will be responsible for labor and employment issues.
Since 2003, Howard had headed Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P.’s employment litigation. She previously practiced law with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of the Solicitor.
