Kansas City Southern recently promoted three finance department executives: Michael Borrows, from vice president and chief accounting officer to senior VP and chief accounting officer; Timothy Befort, from general director of strategic analysis to assistant VP of financial planning and analysis; and Scott Mylin, from AVP of revenue accounting and disbursements to AVP of internal reporting and control.
Prior to joining KCS in June 2006, Borrows served BNSF Railway Co. for more than 10 years in various finance department leadership roles.
Befort has held various analytical and project management positions since joining the Kansas City Southern Railway Co. (KCSR) in 1998. And Mylin, who joined KCSR in January, previously served DST Output as VP of finance and held various finance positions at Moore Corp.
