Aspectus Video Intelligence® Inc. recently named Dieter Kondek president and chief executive officer to succeed co-founder Gadi Talmon, who will serve as executive vice president of business development and general manager of Aspectus Video’s R&D facility in Tel Aviv.
With more than 30 years’ experience in technology sales, marketing and operations, Kondek most recently was president and CEO of video surveillance system provider DynaPel Systems Inc.
Aspectus also added Russell MacDonnell and Peter Gyenes to its board.
MacDonnell is co-founder, chairman and CEO of Rapid Response Monitoring, which provides wholesale security alarm monitoring services to security system dealers. Gyenes most recently served as chairman and CEO of Ascential, which was acquired by IBM in 2005.
Aspectus provides digital video products to railroads, transit agencies, prisons, financial institutions, water authorities, government facilities and border patrols.
