LOSSAN board selects 2021 leadership

The Los Angeles-San Diego-San Luis Obispo (LOSSAN) Rail Corridor Agency's board has elected Dana Reed chair and Gregg Hart, vice chair, for 2021.

Reed is mayor pro tem for Indian Wells, California. Hart is a Santa Barbara County supervisor.

Reed serves on the Riverside County Transportation Commission, having served as chairman in 2018, and was elected to the Indian Wells City Council in 2014 and served as its mayor in 2016, according to a LOSSAN press release.

Hart served as the original manager of the Santa Barbara County Association of Government's traffic solutions program, promoting local green and sustainable transportation options. 

LOSSAN manages the Amtrak Pacific Surfliner line.
