Leif to direct KCS' labor relations

Kansas City Southern recently named Fred Leif director of labor relations. He will report to Vice President of Labor Relations Emerson Bouchard.

Leif most recently served the National Mediation Board as a mediator for rail and airline industry labor disputes. He previously spent 29 years with CSX Transportation, holding various labor and employee relations, and field and staff operating positions.
