Livonia, Avon & Lakeville, Western New York & Pennsylvania fill top posts

Livonia, Avon & Lakeville Railroad Corp. (LAL) recently made four key appointments, according to the American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association's latest newsletter.
The company named Brackett Clark chairman; Eugene Blabey, president and chief executive officer; Larry DeYoung, executive vice president, chief operating officer and treasurer; and Paul Whitbeck, corporate secretary.
LAL owns the Livonia, Avon & Lakeville Railroad, B&H Rail Corp., and Western New York & Pennsylvania Railroad L.L.C. (WNYP).
Meanwhile, WNYP appointed Carl Belke president and COO. He most recently was chief engineer.
