MBTA police promotes MacMillan to deputy chief

Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s (MBTA) transit police department recently promoted Paul MacMillan from lieutenant to deputy chief to succeed Thomas McCarthy, who retired. Mac Millan will serve as chief of the investigative services division.
He most recently served as commander of the planning and research unit. MacMillan joined MBTA’s police department in 1983.
