Mitsubishi promotes Nagy to general manager, transportation division

Mitsubishi Electric Power Products Inc. (MEPPI) recently named Art Nagy general manager of its transportation division.

A Mitsubishi Electric employee since 1993, he will be responsible for all of the company’s transportation systems activities, such as overseeing construction of a new locomotive service facility scheduled to begin next year. Prior to the promotion, Nagy served as manager of MEPPI’s component sales and repair services division.

Nagy previously worked for Bombardier Transportation, Magnetek Inc. and Westinghouse.
