Yesterday, Montreal, Maine & Atlantic Railway appointed Dale Williams assistant vice president of business development. The 745-mile regional also announced it named Robert Haluzak director of finance last month.
Williams will be responsible for marketing, sales, government liaison and business development functions in Quebec and northern Vermont. She most recently served as AVP of sales and marketing for Canadian National Railway Co.'s Eastern Division. Since joining CN in 1978, Williams also served as market manager of petroleum and chemicals, director of marketing strategies, director of network and interline marketing, and AVP of market development.
A CPA with 25 years' accounting experience, Haluzak most recently served as assistant controller of G. H Bass Shoe. He previously served as assistant controller and director of finance-real estate for Petsmart Inc., accounting supervisor for WW Grainger, and accounting manager for Heath Industries and Restaura Inc.
