BNSF Railway Co. recently promoted Nate Murray to general manager of the Southwest Division to succeed Greg White, who will retire at year’s end.
Most recently general director of transportation for BNSF’s Kansas Division, Murray joined the Class I in 1994 as a switchman. He previously served as director of locomotive utilization, assistant manager of locomotive utilization, terminal manager and trainmaster.
