On Sept. 3, National Industrial Transportation League (NITL) named Jerry Ulm treasurer and executive committee member to succeed Mark Maleski, who recently was named NITL's third vice chairman.
With more than 30 years' transportation experience — culled from both carriers and shippers — Ulm currently serves as president and chief executive officer of RHC Logistics Corp.
He will serve as NIT League treasurer until the organization's 96th annual meeting in Ft. Lauderale Nov. 15-19, at which time NITL will hold officer elections.
"We will draw on [Ulm's] experience both in transportation and business to provide direction and leadership to the League in the years to come," said NITL Chairman Thomas Pellington in a prepared statement.
