New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) recently named Patrick McCoy director of finance and appointed Ed Watt to the board.
McCoy has served MTA as deputy director of finance since 2002. He previously served in the New York City Office of Management and Budget, New York City Transitional Finance Authority and New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority, as well as the private sector.
"Pat McCoy has a proven record of managing MTA public financing, and I am confident he will help maintain our strong bond ratings and continued access to markets for capital program funding," said MTA Executive Director Katherine Lapp in a prepared statement.
