New York governor nominates Kluger as MTA's inspector general

Last week, New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer nominated Barry Kluger to serve as inspector general for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.

Since 1978, he has worked for the Bronx County district attorney’s office, serving as chief assistant district attorney for the past 18 years.
