North County Transit District pegs Patchett as interim director

California’s North County Transit District (NCTD) recently named Ray Patchett interim executive director. Last month, agency head Karen King announced her resignation; she will leave NCTD on June 20.

Patchett most recently served as Carlsbad’s city manager, a post he held since 1987.
