Operation Lifesaver taps Thomas as education manager

Operation Lifesaver Inc. (OLI) has named Ericka Thomas manager of education, training and instructional design.

She will develop safety education materials for the public, as well as oversee OLI's e-learning programs and instructor-led training for Operation Lifesaver-authorized volunteers and coaches, according to an OLI press release.

Thomas has experience with federal and local government agencies. She also has held senior learning and development roles with eLT Technology Consulting, Pitney Bowes Management Services, GeoLearning, AT&T, Aerotec and American Cybersystems.

"Ericka brings key insights as to how engaging e-learning products ca lead to measurable results for safety education," said OLI Executive Director Rachel Maleh. "Her background will help enhance the effectiveness of our materials and training programs."
