PANYNJ's board reelects executive leadership

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey's (PANYNJ) board last month unanimously reelected Kevin O'Toole as chairman, Jeffrey Lynford as vice chairman and Rick Cotton as executive director.
O’Toole joined the board in July 2017, having resigned from his New Jersey state Senate seat to accept the role, PANYNJ officials said in a press release. He was first elected as the chairman in August 2017. O'Toole is founding and managing partner of the O’Toole Scrivo law practice.
Lynford was appointed to the board in June 2011 and was first elected vice chairman in July 2017. He also serves as the president and CEO of Education Housing Services Inc., a New York City nonprofit organization that provides affordable housing for college students and interns.
Cotton joined PANYNJ as executive director in August 2017, having previously served as New York’s special counselor for interagency initiatives; in several roles at NBC Universal; and in advisory roles with the U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare and the U.S. Department of Energy.
Also last month, the PANYNJ board reelected other incumbent officers, including James McCoy as secretary; Amy Fisher as general counsel; Elizabeth McCarthy as chief financial officer; Daniel McCarron as comptroller; and Sherien Khella as treasurer.
