Parsons Brinckerhoff subsidiary PB Consult recently named Bruce Johinke president to succeed Mortimer Downey, who was named the consulting firm’s chairman.
Johinke has more than 30 years’ experience working with developers, investors, banks, government authorities and contractors to develop solutions for implementing infrastructure projects throughout the world.
He joined Parsons Brinckerhoff in 1987, serving in senior management positions in Asia, Australia and Panama. Johinke most recently served as head of PB Consult’s international projects group. He also served as chairman of PB Power Asia Pacific and senior vice president of Parsons Brinckerhoff International.
