Yesterday, RailAmerica Inc. shareholders elected William Pagonis and Harold Curtis as directors at the company’s annual stockholders meeting in Boca Raton, Fla. The two will serve three-year terms.
A RailAmerica board member since 2000, Pagonis is the company’s chairman. A director since 2004, Curtis is a former executive vice president and chief financial officer of The MARC Group.
RailAmerica owns and operates 42 regionals and short lines in the United States and Canada.
