A. Stucki Co. has appointed Jacob Creech as vice president of sales, and Clay Dark as vice president of information technology. Creech will be responsible for developing companywide sales strategies and improving customer service. Prior to joining A. Stucki, he most recently was director of locomotive and rail-car leasing for Progress Rail. Dark will oversee companywide IT systems, policies and infrastructure. He most recently was IT director for Huntsman Corp.

HDR has appointed Cameron Schaefer as the firm's transportation technology director. Schaefer has 15 years of experience at HDR leading technology and data integration initiatives. He's held leadership roles on HDR projects such as the Ontario Line subway, Los Angeles International Airport Automated People Mover and the Link Union Station. In his new role, Schaefer will implement a technology standard for HDR’s transportation infrastructure practices, focusing on AI, digital delivery, GIS, data management and automation.

AECOM has hired Taylor Smith as a client account manager for the freight-rail practice, and Levi Turner as the Union Pacific Railroad client account manager and rail engineering manager for the U.S. West-Gulf Coast region. Smith has over 14 years of transportation experience; he will manage a Class I account and spearhead market growth, safety and efficiency efforts. Turner has 17 years of freight-rail engineering, design and construction experience.
