Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) officials announced two appointments: Steven Parker, assistant general manager of external affairs, has been named interim chief of staff; and LaShanda Dawkins, assistant general manager of labor and employee relations, has been named interim chief administrative officer. The interim appointments were made as Chief of Staff Melissa Mullinax departs MARTA after six years. 

STV Inc. selected Keith Benjamin to serve as vice president to work with clients in developing  infrastructure, transportation and organizational strategies at municipal and regional levels, according to an STV press release. Benjamin most recently served as associate administrator for highway policy and external affairs at the Federal Highway Administration.
