New Jersey Transit has hired Franck Beaumin as the agency’s new customer advocate. Beaumin brings an international background in mass transit to his new role, in which he will engage with customers and operations to improve the passenger experience. Most recently, he was passenger communications manager at the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority.

Transdev United States has hired Joanna Cornell to serve as vice president of safety and security. With over 15 years of experience in the risk management industry, Cornell will lead safety operations across Transdev United States' business, and will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance. She most recently served as the global fleet safety director for UPS, where she implemented successful video telematics systems.
