New York & Atlantic Railway (NYA) recently hosted New York State Assemblywoman Michaelle Solages at the railroad's Fresh Pond rail yard in Glendale, New York, to discuss the economic and environmental benefits of moving goods by rail throughout the New York metropolitan area, according to a press release issued by Anacostia Rail Holdings, NYA's parent company. NYA President Marlon Taylor led a tour of the rail facility for Solages.
