Transdev U.S. has appointed Mischa Wanek-Libman director of communications. She will manage Transdev's communication strategy, including media relationships, crisis communications and messaging across all company materials, and align internal and external communication strategies with company goals. Transdev also appointed Katrina Heineking as senior vice president of transit. Heineking is returning to Transdev after serving as executive VP of operations at Beep Inc.  She previously spent 18 years at Transdev in various roles.

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) has filled two newly created safety and facilities positions. Robert Brown has been appointed deputy chief operating officer of cleaning. He will lead custodial services functions for SEPTA stations, vehicles and facilities. Sarah Powell has been appointed deputy chief transformation officer of safety culture. She is responsible for reinforcing the agency's safety culture.
