Union Pacific Railroad has appointed Andrew Brady vice president of external relations, following Printz Bolin's retirement at the end of February. Based in Washington, D.C., Brady is responsible for communicating, inside the Beltway, about national and state industry issues and projects, including economic and safety regulation, passenger rail, security and labor. He previously served as UP assistant VP-external relations. Brady succeeds Bolin, who was appointed UP VP-external relations in 2018. Since joining UP in 1991, Bolin held various roles with the railroad after serving as a senior staff member in the U.S House of Representatives and U.S. Senate.

CN recently hired Marianne Limoges as vice president and treasurer. She is responsible for sharing and executing the company’s financial policies, overseeing capital structure, financial risk management and cash management. Limoges previously served as treasurer and VP at Resolute Forest Products, where she led multiple teams. Prior to that, she spent 12 years at Otera Capital.

TNW Corp. has promoted Jeremy Bush to director of operations. Bush will oversee the company’s rail and logistics divisions. Previously, he was superintendent of operations at TXGN, POV and TNW Logistics-Gonzales. Before he joined TNW in 2022, Bush worked for Norfolk Southern Railway and, before that, the New Orleans Public Belt Railroad.

Consolidated Chassis Management has brought Deborah Langdon on board to serve as senior vice president of human resources. She has spent the majority of her career in roles that required recruiting and retaining top talent. Most recently, Langdon was VP of human resources at Tei Group. She also spent eight years with SGS and nine years with Toys R Us.

HDR Inc. has tapped Lisa Patterson to serve as national freight-rail environmental manager. Based in California, she has served as an environmental consultant for Class I's since 1993. In her new role, she will manage teams that work with freight-rail clients to navigate the regulatory permitting process.

STV Inc. recently named Snehal Shah to serve as vice president and engineering chief within the firm’s transportation Northeast group. Prior to joining STV, he served as the deputy chief engineer for the New York State Department of Transportation, orchestrating the daily activities of six concurrent multibillion-dollar projects.
