Portec Rail shuffles executive staff

Yesterday, Portec Rail Products Inc. announced senior management changes designed to help the company meet growth objectives while integrating recently acquired Salient Systems Inc. and Kelsan Technologies Corp. into its organization.

Portec Rail named:
• Richard Jarosinski group vice president to manage Railway Maintenance Products (RMP) — the company's largest division — and oversee Salient Systems and Kelsan Technologies;
• Konstantinos Papazoglou group VP to manage the shipping systems division, and Canadian and United Kingdom operations, and head international sales and marketing;
• VP of Sales and Marketing-RMP Bruce Wise VP and general manager of RMP to succeed Jarosinski;
• VP of Sales and Marketing-Portec Rail Gerry Clark VP and GM of Canadian operations to succeed Papazoglou; and
• Chief Financial Officer Michael Bornak VP of finance and CFO.

Portec Rail supplies rail joints and anchors, spikes, friction-management products, wayside data collection and data management systems, and load securement systems.
