Rail Scale Inc. recently named Jack Payne president. He will be responsible for all operations at the company, which provides on-time scheduled testing services for railroad scales' regulatory certification.
Payne most recently served as sales manager at Omnicast L.L.C., which supplies rail-car trucks and steel castings from the Czech Republic.
He previously served as chief executive officer of Primix Corp., which supplies engineered composite crossties; vice president and general manager of AAA Sales & Engineering; president of Anchor Brake Shoe Co.; VP of marketing, sales and field service for Standard Car Truck Co.; VP of mechanical product sales at ABC Rail Products Inc.; and director of marketing at Cubic Transportation Products.
