Anticipating significant North American rail industry growth during the next several years, Rail Personnel North America (RPNA) recently bolstered its management team.
Established in 2002 under the direction of David Clegg, RPNA is a member of Hong Kong-based Rail Personnel Inc. (RPI), which has offices in Australia, Asia, the United Kingdom and South Africa. Recently joining Clegg was Garry Wolfe, whose credentials include positions as president, chief executive officer and chief operating officer for several North American and international organizations with revenues of more than $800 million.
"Over the last two years, we have been working with some of the largest worldwide transportation companies, successfully filling senior and specialist engineering positions on major projects in Korea, Taiwan, Israel, India, Canada and the United States," said Clegg in a prepared statement. "We are now positioned for further expansion into the North American railway industry."
All North American rail industry sectors are projected to grow significantly during the next five years, RPNA officials believe, citing such undertakings as the Vancouver Rapid Transit Project, a $1.5 billion to $1.7 billion venture.
