Rail travel technology and distributor Wandrian Inc. recently named Bernard Frelat chief executive officer. The company also announced that founder Mike Fuller now will serve as president international and be responsible for business development.

Bernat, who has more than 25 years’ experience in the European and American travel industry, previously served as chairman of the Eurailpass North American Committee and Euronet Computer Services, and president and CEO of the Rail Europe Group and Eurovacations.com.

He currently is a special advisor to the French Government for International Trade Affairs and serves on the International Advisory Board of French tourism organization Maison de la France.
