Earlier this week, RailAmerica Inc. shareholders re-elected three board members to three-year terms.
Remaining on the board are:
• RailAmerica Chief Executive Officer Charles Swinburn, a director since 1995;
• RailAmerica President, Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary Donald Redfearn, a director since 1992; and
• retired Central and South West Corp. Executive Vice President and General Counsel Ferd Meyer Jr., a director since 2000.
RailAmerica owns and operates 43 regionals and short lines in the United States and Canada.
