The American Railway Development Association (ARDA) on June 3 elected a secretary-treasurer nominee and officers for its five committees.Association members elected CSX Transportation Director of Property Management Mark Holder as secretary-treasurer nominee. He began his railroad real estate career in 1987 with CSX.ARDA's 2014-15 secretary-treasurer is GEI Consultants Senior Consultant Gary Rozmus. The other officers are Kansas City Southern Real Estate Director Elizabeth Steel, president; Arkansas Midland railroad Manager of Market Development Stephanie Johnson, first vice president; and Norfolk Southern Corp. Director of Technical Services Alan Sisk, second vice president.ARDA members also elected officers for the following five committees:Real Estate Committee — CSX Regional Manager of Sales and Leasing Matt Cangiolosi, chair, and Omega Rail Management Chief Operating Officer Mark James, vice chair.Economic Development Committee — AECOM Project Manager Alanna Strohecker, chair; BNSF Railway Co.
