Reading & Northern promotes Busher to VP of real estate

The Reading, Blue Mountain & Northern Railroad (RBMN) has promoted Jolene Busher to vice president of real estate. She will report to Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning Christina Muller-Levan.

Most recently assistant VP of real estate, Busher joined the RBMN in April 2007 as a part-time car attendant in the passenger department. She worked her way up to become the manager of the private car fleet.

In 2013, Busher joined the real estate department, where she worked as a file clerk and archivist. She eventually got a full-time position with real estate in 2014, and was promoted to office manager and then project manager.

She became AVP of real estate in 2019. Busher will also continue to oversee the publication of the company’s quarterly newsletter, the R&N Magazine.
