Former MTA New York City Transit (NYCT) President Lawrence Reuter has officially joined engineering and construction management firm Parsons Brinckerhoff.
He will serve as project manager for the People’s Transportation Plan, a multi-billion-dollar rail, highway, bus and neighborhood improvement program for Miami-Dade County. PB is providing program management consulting services to Miami-Dade Transit.
Prior to serving as NYCT president from 1996 until last month, Reuter held stints as general manager of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority and Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority.
