Rush, Quinn take on new positions at R.J. Corman Railroad Group

R. J. Corman Railroad Group L.L.C. recently appointed Noel Rush to the newly created position of vice president-strategic development and planning. The company also named Edward Quinn VP of R. J. Corman Derailment Services to succeed Rush.

In his new position, Rush will be responsible for evaluating new business opportunities and growing current business segments. Prior to joining R.J. Corman in 1997 to manage derailment services, he served as VP and director of railroad finance for National City Bank.

Most recently general manager of R. J. Corman Material Sales, Quinn will be responsible for developing emergency services business and managing R.J. Corman’s storm team unit. Prior to joining the company in 2004, he served IPC Financial in various management positions within the marine transportation division.
