STV Inc. recently appointed Richard Amodei senior vice president and chief strategic growth officer.
Amodei, who has more than 20 years of transportation industry experience, isn’t new to STV. He first joined the transportation planning/design firm in 1999 and was responsible for transportation planning initiatives and projects in the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and Western areas of the United States. Before that, he spent 12 years as an associate with Booz Allen & Hamilton, serving as a lead consultant to the Federal Transit Administration, Federal Highway Administration and transit agencies nationwide.
In his new role, Amodei will be based in STV’s Philadelphia office, where he’ll help develop the firm’s strategic marketing and business plan in the U.S. mass transit/rail, highway/bridge and federal transportation markets. He’ll also be responsible for identifying new markets.
