Engineering, architectural, planning and construction management firm STV Inc. recently promoted three members of its management team.

Carl Mazeika was named vice president to manage the firm’s National Transportation Group’s Rail Systems Division, which provides design and construction-related services to transit agencies for signals, communications, traction power, overhead catenary and fare collection systems. Prior to joining STV in 1995, Mazeika served in the signal department at MTA Long Island Rail Road.

The firm also appointed VP Dennis Ramm Midwest Region manager, responsible for operations and administration of the firm’s regional projects and offices. Prior to joining STV in 2001, Ramm served as general manager for Bombardier Transportation and chief mechanical officer for Northeast Illinois Regional Commuter Railroad Corp. (Metra).

Finally, STV named engineer Keith MacKenzie VP and chief engineer/operations manager for the Midwest Region, responsible for the region’s project management and quality. With more than 15 years’ experience in project management, MacKenzie joined STV in 1994.
