Schneider's Reich elected chair of NACFE

Rob Reich, a senior vice president at Schneider, has been elected chairman of the North American Council for Freight Efficiency (NACFE). He succeeds Nicola Motor Co. Chief Operating Officer Scott Perry.

Reich began his career at Schneider in 1992 after serving as a lieutenant in the U.S. Army. His current title at the transportation logistics provider is senior vice president of equipment, maintenance and driver development.

"Trucking is on the precipice of a lot of exciting technological developments in the near term. We know we can count on Rob to help us navigate those changes, keep NACFE relevant and help us continue to grow and develop," said NACFE Executive Director Mike Roeth in a press release.

NACFE is a nonprofit organization dedicated to doubling the freight efficiency of North American goods.
