Stolzman becomes Pacific Harbor Line's first-ever general superintendent

Yesterday, Pacific Harbor Line Inc. (PHL) appointed Mike Stolzman to the newly created position of general superintendent. He will be responsible for day-to-day transportation operations and report to Vice President Bill Roufs.

Stolzman most recently served CANAC Inc. as director of U.S. operations. He previously served Union Pacific Railroad and Chicago and Northwestern Railway in various operating capacities.

An Anacostia & Pacific Corp. subsidiary, the 85-mile PHL provides transportation, maintenance and dispatching services to the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, Calif.
