TKDA recently installed two longtime employees in the engineering firm’s top posts. The company promoted William Deitner to chief executive officer and Vincent Montgomery, to president.
Most recently senior vice president of the facilities division, Deitner has served TKDA since 1979 in various management capacities.
Most recently SVP of the rail division, Montgomery joined TKDA in 1988 and established the firm’s rail division — which serves U.S. and Canadian Class Is, short lines and transit agencies — 10 years ago.
TKDA provides planning and design services to the rail, surface transportation, aviation, municipal and facilities markets.
