TNW Corp. has hired Joey Evans as the company's director of customer success.The job involves directing all revenue car accounting operations, as well as planning and implementing strategies to generate additional revenue. Evans also will manage customer service and support, and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the company's metrics reporting systems, TNW officials said in a press release.Based in the firm's corporate office in Dallas, Evans will lead TNW's newly formed customer success department. Before joining TNW, Evans served as customer success manager at GE Digital, where he was responsible for servicing short-line accounts. During his 15-year career in the rail industry, Evans has served as operations manager for short lines. He also worked as director of transportation technology for RailAmerica Inc.Evans' background in customer service and knowledge of advanced technology in the short-line industry will be valuable as TNW seeks more versatile ways to service its clients, said Chief Operating Officer Jeff Davis.
