TNW Corp. today announced Bobby Franklin has been appointed chief operating officer.
In this new position, he'll oversee performance, staffing, resource alignment and strategic initiatives for all the company's operating units: TXNW Railway, TXR Railway, TXGN Railway and TNW Logistics.
Previously at TNW, Franklin served as vice president of transportation, director of railway operations and general manager of TXNW. Prior to joining TNW in 2020, Franklin was VP and chief transportation officer at the New Orleans Public Belt Railroad and served a stint at CSX.
As COO at TNW, he will report to CEO Paul Treangen.
“Bobby’s leadership and vision have realigned and improved our railway operations to achieve industry leading performance,” Treangen said in a press release.
