Tampa's HART appoints Persaud CFO

Florida’s Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART) recently named David Persaud chief financial officer.
He will manage the development, preparation and administration of the operating budget, conduct budget public hearings, and prepare and review monthly financial reports for the board.
With more than 30 years of finance experience, Persaud most recently was director of finance for the Augusta-Richmond County Consolidated Government in Georgia.
HART operates the TECO streetcar line in the Tampa area.
