Thompson, Owen resign from Global Railway's board

Last week, Global Railway Industries Ltd. announced board members Robb Thompson and Dale Owen have resigned.
Thompson serves as president of Dynetek Industries Ltd.; Owen is a partner in law firm Owen Mayer Kirzinger.
Through subsidiaries Rafna Industries Ltd., G&B Specialties Inc., YSD Industries Inc., Bach-Simpson Corp. and Prime Railway Services, Global Railway supplies rail-car doors, event recorder monitoring/control systems, train speedometers, track and signal components, and rail gear.
